Online Job Application Module

The HJPC BiH has developed an Online Job Application Module () that allows candidates to apply to judicial positions by submitting and following status of their applications electronically, and to see the results they achieved on written and qualification tests.
Video tutorials were developed to provide a more detailed explanation of the Module’s functionalities. They can be viewed at the following links:
Some of the basic actions that users will be able to perform once they log in into the website include:
• Apply to Vacant Positions
• Viewing Their Applications
• Access the results of qualification tests
• Access the results of written tests
• Get information on the dates and locations of qualification and written tests, etc.
After submitting an application, users will receive an email with the reference number of their application as recorded in the electronic registry.

The new system for submitting and receiving applications will simplify and speed up the process of applying for vacant positions, as it makes it easier for candidates to complete and send their applications, while reducing the processing time for HJPC BiH staff and minimizing the possibility of human error.
All ranking lists for the positions to which candidates have applied will be available.
